While designing GMX480, we aimed to create a machine which meets the user needs in the best way. With the support of long term paint industry experienced MİXSERVİS team, also aimed to solve the problems of different brands and models  of mixers which are currently exist at the market. We finally managed to produce an innovative, economic  and handy mixer.

Some of the innovative features of our GMX480 are;

LOW POWER CONSUMPTION

With the environmental awareness, considering  the  energy efficiency , we developed a system that uses power as low as possible during mixing. Total power consumption while running  is 550 Watts.

FASTER CLAMPING AND UNCLAMPING

With the push button clamping and unclamping system, fast operating and the cumfort of full automatic machines are served at the same time. Also eleminated the common paint can crush problem of full automatic mixers.

PROTECTED GUIDE SCREW AND RODS

Moving parts of clamping mechanism are covered for protection against paint splashes from the can.

NO BELT NO PULLEY!

No belt or pulley are used on the machine. This way, silence and low maintenance costs are managed.

NO ELECTRONIC BOARD!

We developed a system which doesn’t contain problematic parts like electronic bords.

360° MOVİNG WHEELS

Knowing paint mixers are quite heavy machines which couses serious problems  when need to move them for meintenance, cleaning etc. after driving up the machine legs, its very easy to move GMX480 in every direction by little effort.

STRONG LEG STRUCTURE

GMX480’s legs can be easily adjusted with one spanner and designed not to be damaged during transfer.

EASILY REMOVABLE OUTER BODY FOR MAINTENANCE

   A timesaving feature of GMX480 is that the complete machine body is very easy to remove from the machine for maintenance,  cleaning etc.
